Last Thursday, i witnessed and unacceptable act of my G Boss. His actions and reactions are not pardonable. In my point of view, he as a Director should act professionally and maturely.
In this office of mine, there are alot of weird, nuisance and psycho people. There are even people who force to leave that comes back to stalk some of the bosses here.
Well this guy, W, he is 40+ year old but he behaves like a 12year old kid and im not kidding. He was forced to resign last Thursday. In that process, a heated argument started between W and G Boss which leads to violence and abusive. An interviewee and myself was the first hand spectators. The sad thing is, it happened infront of the interviewee and he helped in stopping the fight.
If i'm in the board of management, i will sack G Boss on the spot. He is a threat to the organisation and he make the organisation look bad but no.......my R Boss backing him up. Covering his shit and pushing the blame to W who is entirely not at fault.
The funny thing is, almost all the ex-staffs knows about it. Even staffs in other offices in different countries. All called me up to get the scoop of the story and im tired of repeating the story and for goodness sake im tired of being reminded of the incident....
I really hope he get's his retribution....
